If you’ve forgotten, or weren’t aware to begin with, your pricing structure should equal your costs plus your profit margin. Costs - direct, indirect and overhead costs for running the home based business. Home Based Business Profits - Keep Your Profits in Your Business You should be consistently reinvesting your profits back to your business. This is the most often overlooked factor in small business success! Whether you spend the money on knowledge, capital, or staffing - the profits from your business belong to your business (not a night out on the town!) Always funnel that money back in - even if you just leave it in your business account. Speaking of Home Based Business Profits and Expenses… Avoid spending money extravagantly.
