Save your life through eating fibrous food

The improvement of Communication Telecommunication and information Technology (ICT), make people always stay in front of their computer for long time. Instant way of life, making people is lazy preparing health food. We tend to consume junk food that serves quickly. We seldom do sport, is one reason our health becoming worst.
Becoming common, people has high cholesterol, high blood pressure, heart, obesity, high triglyceride and cancer.
Based on survey from Health Department stated that consume fibrous food was one way to avoid illness above. You can find fibrous vegetables and fruits in our daily live. There are two kinds of fibrous food, fused fibrous (gel) and not fused fibrous, although they have the same function,

1. Fused fibrous
Dissolved in water, tie fat, fat can not be absorbed in our body.
Finally the fat defecates through fesses.
2. Not fused fibrous.

The fibrous can help defecate smoothly, absorb water so that your fesses become big, smooth and easy to defecate.

We are recommended to eat fibrous at least 25 gram / a day. There are few advantages to consume fibrous in our daily life,

1. To control cholesterol (fibrous can absorb cholesterol and defecate through fesses )
2. Decrease heart attack risk ( because the mechanism can help decrease triglyceride)
3. Avoid from hemorrhoids and colon cancer.
4. Avoid obesity.
You can combine vegetables and fruits that have fibrous content so that you can get 25 gram / a day.
